You may have physically transferred the vehicle or have sold the vehicle in which case the ownership of the vehicle needs to be transferred. In this situation the “Transfer stock” can be used which removes the stock from your inventory and adds it to the transferee’s inventory.
You can request offer price for your used vehicle using Give Quote. Give quotes allows you to request quote for a specific vehicle from a group. Quotes received from members of a group can be seen in group and also through View quote.
You can add uploaded vehicle to a group. The list of groups to which you can add the vehicle will be indicated once you click on “send to group”. This is useful to share your vehicle within groups and get enquiries from members of that group.
Get quote is used for inviting offers from group members for a particular used vehicle. Using get quote you send a request to a group inviting for giving quotes.
Members receive the same in the groups in communication tab and reply with their quote. You can view the quotes received by visiting that groups > communication tabs > get quote icon.
You can also reply and discuss a quote received with that member one on one. Quotes received can also be viewed through “view quote”.
Manual Enquiry helps you to record enquiries, add follow-ups, update status of the enquiries. You can add all walk-ins directly to autokatta, any field visits, any enquiry received for your inventory form autokatta.
There are various ways you can add manual enquiries. (i) go directly to manual enquiry tab > click on add enquiry. (ii) My inventory > manual inventory (iii) Business chat > chat received > add manual enquiry (iv) Business chat > offer received > add manual enquiry.
Go to manual enquiry > select a vehicle > add follow-up with description, status, follow-up date. Today’s follow-ups will indicate the customers that need to be contacted today. You can take a email of the manual enquiries.
An enquiry is followed up by different people during its complete sales cycle. Transfer enquiry helps you to track the enquiry across the complete sales cycle through different people. Enquiry generated can be transferred to another for further follow-up.
Customers send enquiries from the products/ services or new vehicle page. All messages are received in business chat. These are customer inquiries received for your products, services and vehicles. They are like walk-in enquires. You can convert them to manual enquiries for further follow-ups.
Offers are received from the used vehicle page. They are the offer price sent by customers. They are received in business chat. You can chat with the sender and also convert it to enquiry for further follow-ups.
Yes, you can convert the business chats and offers received to manual enquiry format and follow-up the same. Converting to manual enquiry will also allow you to take emails of the enquires and its follow-ups.
QR codes can be used to increase store followers. Store owners can print the QR code on visiting cards, advertisements, handbills, standees, etc. Customer scans these QR codes and follows store. Following the stores keeps customers updated with the news and services the store offers.
The employee can add inventory to the store, the employee gets access to the entire stores inventory and he can add manual enquires for the store’s inventory. The employee can also add other content like images, videos, links and status updates to the store.
If an employee leaves, you can ask the employee to transfer the inventory to you and also transfer the manual enquires to you and after that you can remove the person as employee of your store. We have provided transfer inventory and transfer enquiry feature which will be useful here.
Once added as employee for a store, you can get access to the store’s inventory, you can upload inventory to the store, you can also add photos, videos to the store. You can also add enquiry to the store’s inventory.
Adding employees to the store will allow you to share your store inventory with the employees, Allows employees to add inventory to the store, allow employees to add enquiries for the store, view the employee’s inventory, view employees enquiries and their follow-ups, take email of the employees enquiries.
Employees once added to the store get access to the store’s inventory – used vehicle, new vehicle, services and products. Employees view the inventory of that store in my inventory. Employees can add manual enquiry for the store’s inventory through My inventory or Through Manual enquiry.
Stores may be using the various enquiry modules depending on their business model like, test drive, service appointment, insurance, etc. Customers visit the store page and choose the service they want and send enquiry.
Users can form unlimited groups and add unlimited members to each group. This feature is provided to avoid users from forming multiple groups for the same purpose. Autokatta group makes it easy for members to share inventory, search inventory, send offers and discuss inventory. No need of downloading photos to the mobile. No unwanted message in the group and it is strictly business.
In Private groups only admin can add members. Members can request admin to add members but they have to be approved by admin.
In Public groups any member can join using the group joining URL. This URL is visible on the groups page. You can promote this URL to whatsapp, gmail, SMS and also within autokatta.
Once the inventory is uploaded to the group, members can see that vehicle in the group. They can give offer for that vehicle. This offer is seen in the group on click of “offer Chat”. Click on the vehicle to view the offers received for that vehicle and chat with the buyers.
